Terms of Service

PeakRaptor (peakraptor.com) is a service operated by Rexium AI, Lda., a private limited company registered in Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal, under company and VAT number 519476239. In this document, "we" means Rexium AI, Lda., the entity you contract with and pay.

PeakRaptor is a training platform for athletes, coaches and clubs: training planning, session logging, load and wellness monitoring, and AI-assisted features.

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens in your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

There are three roles: athlete, coach and staff. A coach sees and manages the data of athletes linked to them; an athlete chooses which coach to link to. You can unlink at any time.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country. If you are a minor, the account must be created and supervised by a parent or guardian.

PeakRaptor is a planning and logging tool. We are not a medical service, and nothing on the platform is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Plans and suggestions, including those generated by AI, are decision support for a coach or the athlete. The decision to train, how, and at what load is always theirs.

Consult a doctor before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or symptoms during exertion. Stop if you feel pain or unwell.

There is a free plan and paid plans (Solo, Pro and Club), with different athlete and AI credit limits. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly as you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled. The annual plan is billed once at the start of each subscription year.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; they stay with the payment processor, subject to their terms and privacy policy.

On your card statement and receipts, the charge appears as REXIUM AI, the company that operates PeakRaptor. It is the same entity identified in section 1.

Prices are in euros and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at payment where due.

AI features consume credits. Each plan includes an amount of credits per billing cycle.

Credits included in your plan are an allowance: they reset at the start of each cycle and do not roll over. Credits bought separately, in packs, do not expire and are only spent once the plan allowance is used up.

Credits are not convertible to cash, not refundable, and not transferable between accounts.

An AI generation consumes credits when it is requested, even if you end up not using the result.

You can change plan at any time. On an upgrade, the difference is settled on your next invoice and the new limit applies immediately. On a downgrade, the lower limit applies immediately and the amount is adjusted on your next invoice.

You can cancel whenever you want, from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then and are not charged again.

There are no refunds for periods already started, except where the law requires it. If you are a consumer in the European Union you may have a right of withdrawal; by subscribing and using the service immediately, you agree that performance begins before that period ends.

If a payment fails, we retry for a few days. While the subscription is unpaid, access drops to the free plan. Once payment succeeds, the plan is restored.

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, resell access without an agreement with us, attempt to circumvent plan limits, access other accounts' data, or overload the service through automation.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice whenever it is reasonable to give it.

We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. There may be interruptions for maintenance or due to causes outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages.

We recommend you keep your own copy of information you consider critical.

The data you enter remains yours. We use it to provide the service, under our Privacy Policy.

Each account's data is isolated and is not used to train AI models.

You can export or delete your account at any time, including from the account deletion page.

We may change these terms. Relevant changes are announced on the platform with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, with the courts of the company's registered seat having jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
