Privacy Policy

PeakRaptor (peakraptor.com) is a scientific training platform for athletes and coaches: training planning, session logging, load and wellness monitoring, and AI-assisted features. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights. It covers the website, the web platform and the mobile apps (iOS, Android and Apple Watch).

Account: name, email, optional profile photo, language, platform role (athlete, coach or staff) and your link to a coach or club.

Training data: training plans and sessions, logged sets/reps/loads, physical assessments, personal bests, competition results, injury and return-to-play status, and daily wellness answers (fatigue, sleep, muscle soreness, stress, mood).

Health data (with your explicit consent): if you connect Apple Health or a wearable (Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, GPS systems, IMU sensors), we collect the metrics you authorise — for example heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep, steps and calories — exclusively for the platform's monitoring and readiness features.

Technical data: device identifiers for push notifications, website usage analytics (Google Analytics), and technical logs required for service security.

Providing the service: storing and presenting your training, computing metrics (acute/chronic load, readiness, wellness trends) and enabling your coach to follow your progress.

AI features: parts of your training and wellness data are processed by AI models (Google Gemini) to generate suggestions, plans and AI Coach answers. This data is not used by Google to train models.

Communications: transactional emails (wellness reminders, coach alerts) via AWS (Amazon SES) and push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications on your device.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your coach and, where applicable, your club's staff: they see your training, wellness and readiness data — that is the core purpose of the platform. If you switch coaches, the previous one immediately loses access.

Technical processors: Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, storage — Google Cloud infrastructure), Google AI (AI features) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery). All operate under our data-processing agreements.

Apple Health and wearable data is never shared with third parties for marketing or advertising, never sold, and is used only for the features you authorised.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting us — deletion is permanent and removes your training data, wellness history, assessments, files and the login account itself.

Minimal technical records may persist briefly in backups before being permanently erased.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and export your data, and to restrict or object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights directly on the platform or by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access is controlled by per-user, per-role authorisation rules. Administrative access is restricted and auditable.

The platform is intended for users aged 16 and over. Younger athletes should only use PeakRaptor with the consent of a legal guardian, typically in the context of their club or coach.
